New partner in Georgiev, Kolev & Katzarski Law Offices

We are delighted to announce that Vanina Popova has become partner in Georgiev, Kolev & Katzarski Law Offices after working six years here. She joint our team in 2018 and thanks to ger knowledge and hard work Vanina gradually walked the corporate hierarchy to the well-deserved success to become the first partner among our younger colleagues.

She graduated from Sofia University “St. Kliment Ohridski” with distinction and has postgraduate qualification in the field of international mergers and acquisitions from the London School of Economics and Political Science. Under her leadership our Venture Capital team successfully consulted alternative investment funds on over 150 transactions for private equity and quasi-equity investments in start-up companies worth over BGN 120 million. Aside from being an expert in corporate law, Vanina has also proven herself as a leading expert in the field of real estate investments. She is an example of how a young talented person can succeed in the challenging and demanding legal profession by being dedicated to her work and very responsible to our clients.
